Estimated delivery time ranges from 5 to 12 working days, depending on whether the destination is a major city or a remote location. Parcel activation occurs within 24 hours during business days.

While the global logistics network has been impacted by COVID-19, we have implemented every possible measure to minimize delays. Our fulfillment centers operate under strict safety guidelines, which may result in additional handling time. We kindly ask for your patience during this period, as we prioritize the health and safety of our teams and partners.

Each order is assigned to an appointed logistics operator, who will monitor your shipment and keep you updated. In the rare event of additional delays, you will be promptly notified.   • Tracking Information: You will receive an order confirmation upon purchase, with tracking details uploaded to Shopify and sent to the email provided during checkout. Please ensure your email is accurate.

  • Delivery Time: Worldwide orders usually arrive within 7 to 10 working days, depending on your location.

During major holidays such as Christmas, New Year, Easter, and Chinese New Year, minor delays of 2-3 days may occur. Our logistics team will monitor your package closely and provide assistance to ensure safe delivery.

We strive to offer affordable international shipping. While we subsidize part of the shipping costs, global rates have significantly increased due to challenges in air and sea logistics, with prices doubling since early 2021.

ECO-FRIENDLY INTERNATIONAL PACKAGING

We are committed to sustainability. Your MOW products will be shipped in recycled materials to minimize packaging waste and reduce our environmental footprint.

However, to meet requirements set by air shippers and final carriers, we reserve the right to switch to alternative packaging (e.g., sealed shipping bags) when necessary. This ensures cost-effective delivery, reduced risk, and compliance with logistical constraints.
